Free At-Height Animal Rescue

Animal rescue is offered as a free community service based on crew availability. Because this is an unpaid service, we ask that requests be limited to true animal emergencies.

In many situations, especially with cats, the animal may come down on its own. Depending on the situation, we may recommend waiting up to 24 hours before attempting a rescue, as long as the animal appears safe and is not in immediate danger.

A signed waiver is required before rescue attempts. Animals can be unpredictable, and while we use care and patience, sudden movement, jumping, or injury can happen outside of our control.

We are tree care professionals, not animal control specialists or veterinarians, but we care deeply about helping animals whenever we safely can.
